At TGIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused items are eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
